We are hiring at IST – Lisbon!
We are looking for motivated candidates to drive the automation of the X-ray nanoscope at the VOXEL laboratory. We have currently one PhD and one Post-doc position available.
Depending on the affinity, the candidate will work on enhancing tabletop X-ray imaging with machine learning, or on the automation of the interaction to maximise the source yield.
Candidates with demonstrated experience in laser-plasma interaction experiments or simulations are welcome. Knowledge in machine learning is preferred but not mandatory, as we will provide access to the necessary courses.
