NanoXcan reaches its official conclusion
Today marks the official end of the NanoXCAN project, after several years of collaborative work dedicated to advancing nanoscale X-ray imaging.
Throughout the project, the consortium has worked to bring incoherent diffraction imaging closer to practical use, exploring how compact hard X-ray microscopy technologies can support virus imaging and other nanoscale applications. This work included experimental and technological developments towards a tabletop X-ray microscope concept, in line with the project’s main objective.
While the project formally concludes today, the work carried out within NanoXCAN will continue to develop beyond its official end, with further experiments, analyses, and results still to come.
We thank all partners, collaborators, and everyone involved for their work and commitment throughout the project.
